Have you ever been playing games online and you come across someone you just really really hate and want to go offline. So you go through all of the trouble to be able to get their IP but now you have another problem..no way to boot them offline and you don't have a BotNet, and you don't want to make one or pay some dumass that may or may not be a scammer. and possibly becomming a bot yourself by using a BotNet that you have done a miracal to be able to use/get. So you try to use a website/stresser and it just seems like none of them work.. Well now you have found your website to you little script kiddy.
