What, according to you, is the highest form of self control?
I feel like to have self control is a must if you want to succeed in your life and it's a good thing to turn around and just start with the smallest things like having your room clean etc wake up and make your bed and so on, So for me, it is just the simplest things to do which will also give you a good feeling.
