Found this in my K:\ drive where I dump cracking shit, so enjoy.
I think this only works on old machines, I've only done it once, last year.
Don't blame me for the English in this, I didn't write it. Not sure where I got it from, either.

This guide will tell you how to hack into a coke machine, the number of things you can do with this depends on what year the machine was made in.
One thing I am positive you can do is getting all of the change out of the machine.
Before I tell you the sequence of buttons to press, you need to know which are which.
There are usually like 10 buttons on the average coke machine going in vertical order.
The one on the top would be 1, the one under that would be 2 and so on and so forth. but only 4 of these buttons matter
Heres what each of them does
[1] - Exit/cancel
[2] - up
[3] - down
[4] - select
The way to access these buttons is you go to the vending machine and press the buttons in this sequence
4, 2, 3, 1
This will give you access to the machines LED Menu, using the 4 numbers you can navigate around
Here is how to get all of the change out of the machine, press the 4 numbers in this sequence (make sure you are not in the LED Menu)
4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 1, 1
Then, once you have pressed those numbers in that sequence, Hold the Return Change button down for about 5-6 seconds, then release, a whole bunch of coins should start pouring out, if not, then the machine is just too up to date, and you will have to find an older one...
Be Warned Though, you can get arrested for things like this
Things you can do with this:
Get all the change out
get a free soda
change all the prices
Understanding the settings
Here are the descriptions of some of the settings you may run into:
•Cash – the amount of money inside the machine and how much each drink made.
•Sale – shows how many drinks were sold and from which slots.
•Ver – the version number of the machine’s firmware.
•Error – there are various error codes:?ColJ – column jammed
?VEnd – vending mechanism
?Door – door switch
?Sels – selection switch
?Char – charge error
?Acce – acceptor errors
?Sts – space to sales.
?bVal – bill validators
•Rtn – exits back to normal menus.
Pressing the coin return or back button also exits out of the setting menus. Quick Tip: holding a coin at the tip of the slot will display the current temperature inside.
Other notes
Although access to those settings is usually enabled, it is sometimes locked down by the owner or maintenance. If you can get into the menus, here are a few things you can do:
•CPO – Coin payment mode dumps coins out of the machine. You can even specify the type of coins (e.g. quarter, dime, penny) and the amount you wanted.
•tvFL – Tube fill mode lets you replenish the machine with coins.
•PASS – Change the default password from 4231 to something new.
•PrlC – Change the price of a drink! (One cent anyone?)
•StOS – Reorder what each button refers to. (Make Coke button drop a Sprite)
•COn – Deeper machine configuration settings.
•TIME – Change the time value.
•LANG – Switch the language to something else.
